Frasers Property Industrial
Commissioned by Frasers Property Industrial, Hercuton will realize two warehouses in Bemmel. The buildings are developed in collaboration with Over Engh Vastgoed. For this purpose, Frasers Property Industrial has purchased a brownfield development site of 10.8 hectares on business park Pannenhuis in Bemmel, the Netherlands. The site was purchased from Anthevast B.V., advised by I&S Vastgoed.
Completely gasless
The new distribution center will consist of two equally sized warehouses of approximately 15,000 m² each, and two separate office and mezzanine areas of approximately 588 and 1,200 m² respectively. The state-of-the-art distribution center will be built according to the latest modern building standards, aiming for a BREEAM-NL ‘Very Good’ certification or higher. The building will also be completely gasless.
Planning and location
In the second half of the year we will start with the development of the first of two warehouses. This brownfield development will breathe new life into old industrial land in a sustainable way. The proximity of the A15 and the probable connection to the A12 in the coming years make the location interesting for international transport.
