DHL Parcel CityHub Breda
The CO2-neutral CityHub is located at the edge of the urban area in Breda. This allows the ‘last mile’ to be done in the most efficient and sustainable way. The building will have the highest BREEAM sustainability standard, Outstanding. The CityHub is gasless and equipped with solar panels.
The 1,370 m² building consists of office space and a warehouse with sorting plant. The site area is 5,437 m². Needless to say, the location has plenty of loading and unloading facilities.
