DHL Parcel CityHub Amsterdam
The CO2-neutral CityHub is located at the edge of the urban area in Amsterdam. This allows the ‘last mile’ to be done in the most efficient and sustainable way. The building will receive the highest BREEAM sustainability standard, Outstanding. The CityHub is gasless and equipped with solar panels.
The building of 1,546 m² consists of office space and a warehouse with sorting installation. The site area is 7,318 m². Needless to say, the location has ample loading and unloading facilities.
